    Cautions

    1

    Requires Owner or Admin access

Regular staff accounts can't access the points adjustment menu. If the option isn't visible, check the permission level of the account in use.

    2

Adjustments aren't tied to a bill automatically

Manually backdating points is logged as a separate entry, not linked to any bill or order — the history shows it as a "Points Adjustment", not a purchase.

    3

    Adjustment history can't be deleted

Every points adjustment is recorded permanently — always double-check the number before confirming.

    Tips for Managers

    📝

Always add a note when deducting points

Even though the note field is optional, stating a reason makes it much easier to review later — e.g. 'correcting a mistaken entry' or 'year-end points reduction policy'.

    🎁

Use it to award bonus points

This feature works directly for giving loyal customers bonus points — a birthday, the 100th customer, or a special shop promotion.

    🔍

    Check history before every adjustment

Tap "Points History" to see how many points a customer has earned or used before, helping you adjust the number more accurately.
